css difficulties

All I have to say is the entire idea of developing elastic layouts is such a pain in the butt. I've been working on one for struts for the past week and am getting absolutely no where. In addition the person that is doing the html doesn't understand the technologies that are backing the page so it's making things all the more difficult. Done, going to bed.
